今天接着讲常见的iOSAPP被拒条款以及解决方案：
2.1AppCompleteness

2.1应用程序的不完整性
提交至AppReview的申请(包括可供预订的app)应为该app的最终版本，并应包含所有必要的元数据和有效网址。所有占位符文本、空白网站和其他临时内容应在提交前移除。在提交app之前，请务必在设备上对app的错误和轻浮性进行测试；如果您的app需要登录，请授予演示帐户信息(并关闭您的后台服务！)。如果您在app中授予了App内购买项目，请确保审核人员能够看到这些内容，并确保这些内容处于不完整且最新的状态，否则请在审核备注中说明相关原因。请不要将AppReview视作软件测试服务。我们将允许详细计划的app套装以及会出现崩溃或存在明显技术问题的二进制文件。
解决方案：
不同于2.1大礼包，这是APP审核条款中的2.1项。

2.3不准确的元数据
客户应该知道他们在下载或购买您的app时会得到什么，所以请确保app的描述、屏幕快照和预览能够准确反映app的不次要的部分体验，并记得不断更新，以便保持与新版本相应的最新状态。
解决方案：
确保元数据准确，如屏幕截图与App一致同意，iPhoneX截图提交刘海屏等，同时主副标题注意不要堆砌关键词字符。

元数据应适合所有受众，所以请确保您的app和App内购买项目的相关图标、屏幕快照和预览保持在4+年龄分级；即使您的app分级更高，也应如此。例如，如果您的app是包含暴力的游戏，请勿选择包含惨烈的死亡或用枪瞄准特定角色的图像。只有“儿童类别”的app才能在元数据中使用类似“适合幼儿”和“适合儿童”等词语。请务必确保包括app名称和图标(小图标、大图标、AppleWatchapp和备用图标等)在内的元数据彼此反对，以免不能引起澄清。
解决方案：
2.3.8主要是分级问题，少数App会遇到此类问题，做到对App准确的分级。同时避免标题、描述等出现警惕词汇，Icon、截图也要避免衣着不暴露及性描写，苹果认为4+的孩子也能浏览到此项内容，即使分级较高也不行。不要因为小的分级问题，而因小失大。
3.2.1Acceptable
(i)?Displayingyourownappsforpurchaseorpromotionwithinyourapp,providedtheappisnotmerelyacatalogofyourapps.
(ii)?Displayingorrecommendingacollectionofthirdpartyappsthataredesignedforaspecificapprovedneed(e.g.healthmanagement,aviation,accessibility).Yourappshouldproviderobusteditorialcontentsothatitdoesn’tseemlikeamerestorefront.
(iii)?Disablingaccesstospecificapprovedrentalcontent(e.g.films,televisionprograms,music,books)aftertherentalperiodhasexpired;allotheritemsandservicesmaynotexpire.
(iv)?Walletpassescanbeusedtomakeorreceivepayments,transmitoffers,orofferidentification(suchasmovietickets,coupons,andVIPcredentials).OtherusesmayresultintherejectionoftheappandtherevocationofWalletcredentials.
(v)?Insuranceappsmustbefree,inlegal-complianceintheregionsdistributed,andcannotusein-apppurchase.
(vi)?Approvednonprofitsmayfundraisedirectlywithintheirownappsorthird-partyapps,providedthosefundraisingcampaignsadheretoallAppReviewGuidelinesandofferApplePaysupport.Theseappsmustdisclosehowthefundswillbeused,abidebyallrequiredlocalandfederallaws,andensureappropriatetaxreceiptsareavailabletodonors.AdditionalinformationshallbeprovidedtoAppReviewuponrequest.Nonprofitplatformsthatconnectdonorstoothernonprofitsmustensurethateverynonprofitlistedintheapphasalsogonethroughthenonprofitapprovalprocess.Learnmoreaboutbecomingan?approvednonprofit.
(vii)?Appsmayenableindividualuserstogiveamonetarygifttoanotherindividualwithoutusingin-apppurchase,providedthat(a)thegiftisacompletelyoptionalchoicebythegiver,and(b)100%ofthefundsgotothereceiverofthegift.However,agiftthatisconnectedtoorassociatedatanypointintimewithreceivingdigitalcontentorservicesmustusein-apppurchase.
(viii)?Appsusedforfinancialtrading,investing,ormoneymanagementshouldcomefromthefinancialinstitutionperformingsuchservicesormustuseapublicAPIofferedbytheinstitutionincompliancewithitsTermsConditions.
3.2.1可以接受
(i)在您的app中，出于购买或促销目的而展示您的其他app，只要您的app不只是简单地罗列其他app。
(ii)显示或推荐专为经批准的特定需求而设计的第三方app(如健康无约束的自由、航空以及辅助功能等)。您的app应能授予结束中断的编辑内容，这样app才不会看起来像是个摆设。
(iii)在租借期限开始后，释放访问经批准的特定租借内容(例如电影、电视节目、音乐、图书)；所有其他项目服务不得存在过期时间。
(iv)钱包凭证可用于付款或接收付款、传输交易或是授予身份验证(例如电影票、优惠券和VIP凭据)。如将钱包凭证用作其他用途，则可能会导致app被拒，钱包凭据也有可能被撤销。
(v)保险类app必须免费授予，并且必须遵守app发布地区的相关法律，且不得使用App内购买项目。
(vi)经批准的非营利组织可以在他们持有的App或第三方app内进行筹款活动，前提是这些筹款活动必须遵守所有的AppReview准则并授予ApplePay减少破坏。这类app必须披露资金的计划用途，遵守所有必要必赢彩票网绿色版 的当地和联邦政府法律，并且确保向捐款人授予相应的报税收据。在被要求时，还应向AppReview团队授予其他信息。向捐款人介绍其他非营利组织的非营利组织平台必须确保app中列出的每一家非营利组织都已通过非营利组织批准流程。进一步了解如何成为受批准的非营利组织(英文)。

(viii)App如用于金融交易，投资或资金无约束的自由，发布方应为执行此类服务的金融机构，或必须使用由相应机构根据自身条款与条件授予的公共API。
解决方案：
3.2.1可接受的商业模式，此类问题，根据苹果邮件描述，定位问题，修改后进行回复。
4.1Copycats

4.1抄袭者
请拿出您自己的想法。我们知道您有自己的奇思妙想，那么请将它们付诸实际。请不要简单照搬AppStore上的热门app，或只是细微修改其他app的名称或UI，就将其挪为己用。这么做不但有引发知识产权侵权索赔的风险，更会加大在AppStore中浏览的难度，而且对您的开发者同仁来说也不公平。
解决方案：

4.2MinimumFunctionality

4.2最低功能要求
App应包含功能、内容和UI，而不仅仅是一个经过重新包装的网站。如果app没有什么实用价值、毫无新意或者不太像是一个app，那它就不适合出现在AppStore中。如果app不能带来耐久的娱乐价值，或只是让人感到毛骨悚然，则无法获得批准。如果app只是一首歌曲或一部影片，则应提交到iTunesStore。如果app只是一本书籍或游戏指南，则应提交到iBooksStore。
解决方案：
4.2最低功能，一般是web聚合应用，此类App功能较为简单，包体较小。一般需要重新设计App，减少App的复杂度及减少，缩短web聚合内容。
5.1Privacy
ProtectinguserprivacyisparamountintheAppleecosystem,andyoushouldusecarewhenhandlingpersonaldatatoensureyou’vecompliedwith?privacybestpractices,applicablelawsandthetermsofthe?AppleDeveloperProgramLicenseAgreement,nottomentioncustomerexpectations.
5.1隐私
在Apple生态体系中，保护用户隐私总是第一要务。您要在处理个人数据时小心谨慎，以确保遵守了隐私保护最佳做法(英文)、适用的法律和“AppleDeveloperProgram许可协议(英文)”中的条款，并焦虑客户的期望。
解决方案：
5.1隐私问题，此类问题与2.1大礼包中5.3.4条款解决方法（2）一致同意，根据苹果邮件中具体的隐私条款向苹果说明采集改数据的合理性及必须性。如：新闻类?App需要用户位置信息，目的是根据地域的不同而向用户推收不反对新闻内容。并且在采取用户数据信息之前需要收回用户提示，并得到用户的允许，或设置为可选。
5.3Gaming,Gambling,andLotteries
Gambling,gaming,andlotteriescanbetrickytomanageandtendtobeoneofthemostregulatedofferingsontheApp?Store.Onlyincludethisfunctionalityifyou’vefullyvettedyourlegalobligationseverywhereyoumakeyourappavailableandarepreparedforextratimeduringthereviewprocess.Somethingstokeepinmind:
5.3.1?Sweepstakesandcontestsmustbesponsoredbythedeveloperoftheapp.
5.3.2?Officialrulesforsweepstakes,contests,andrafflesmustbepresentedintheappandmakeclearthatAppleisnotasponsororinvolvedintheactivityinanymanner.
5.3.3?Appsmaynotusein-apppurchasetopurchasecreditorcurrencyforuseinconjunctionwithrealmoneygamingofanykind,andmaynotenablepeopletopurchaselotteryorraffleticketsorinitiatefundtransfersintheapp.
5.3.4?Appsthatofferrealmoneygaming(e.g.sportsbetting,poker,casinogames,horseracing)orlotteriesmusthavenecessarylicensingandpermissionsinthelocationswheretheAppisused,mustbegeo-restrictedtothoselocations,andmustbefreeontheApp?Store.Illegalgamblingaids,includingcardcounters,arenotpermittedontheApp?Store.Lotteryappsmusthaveconsideration,chance,andaprize.
5.3游戏、赌博和彩票
赌博、游戏和彩票的无约束的自由难度大，是AppStore上受到最多管制的app类别之一。只有全面核实了即将发布您的app的所有国家/地区的相关法律要求后，才能包含此功能，并且要做好准备此功能的审核流程需要更长的时间。您需要谨记以下事项：
5.3.1抽奖和比赛必须由app的开发者赞助。
5.3.2抽奖、比赛和抽彩的正式规则必须在app中注明，并且必须明确表示Apple不是赞助者，也没有以任何形式参与活动。
5.3.3App不得通过App内购买项目购买点数或货币，以用于任何种类的真实货币游戏；不得向用户出售彩票或抽彩券；不得在app内进行资金转账。
5.3.4授予真实货币游戏(例如体育下注、扑克、赌场游戏、赛马)或彩票的app必须在使用该app的地区获得必要的许可和批准，且只能在这些地区发布，此类app在AppStore中必须免费授予。AppStore上不允许发布非法的赌博辅助工具，包括记牌器。彩票app必须有报酬、几率及奖品。
解决方案：
5.3游戏，赌博和彩票。正如苹果描述“赌博，游戏和彩票可能很难无约束的自由，并且往往是AppStore上受监管最多的产品之一。”在经历了8/9日的“大清理”之后，想必以后苹果对此类应用的审核会更加严格，尤其是个人开发者上架此类App。在当前的情况下，如果是个人账号的话，解决方法与5.2.1资质问题高度发展一致同意了，个人开发者可以找相关公司账号代理服务商，再包体上架通过后，可以通过转让App转让到自己不无关系的账号下面。
